were up-regulated,11were down-regulated;23miRNA were differential expressed between OSCC and OSCC-P, among of them13were up-regulated,10were down-regulated;5miRNA were differential expressed between OSCC-P and OSCC-N, among of them1was up-regulated,4were down-regulated;34miRNA were differential expressed between OSCC and OVC, among of them30were up-regulated,4were down-regulated.Conclusions:(1)Genome-wide and miRNA expression profiling of OVC,OSCC and their paracancerous and normal oral mucosa were achieved successful.(2)There are obvious difference in gene expression between OVC and OSCC. All those difference gene may be the gene foundation of the two different cancers.(3) There are obvious difference in miRNA expression between OVC and OSCC and its matched paracancerous and normal oral mucosa tissue.
