After the colonialism being overthrown, the colonial inequality exists and its' influence leave, such as the system and views of value, which mean the inequality being in the era of postcolonial. In the perspective of post-colonialism, colonial culture be carried potentially in culture, that manifested on the value which be passed initiatively and incepted passively. The traditional value in the settlement is doubted even rejected because of the science and technology, globalize economy, then the crisis in self-identity come into being.The education has been served as an important tool by the colonist during the period of colonialism. The colonist introduced whole mode of education to the colonized, which be seen a charity action and meat the loss of power. There are bias and inequality between the west and the non-west, that being in the early childhood education, especially in books and journal. The children are effected through TV and the international net which once existed then become into fact.The culture colonialism has being into fact which gotten a little opposed. Though the colonial double function being, then the hope for nationality is covered by modernity. The early childhood education in China has been effected by the theory that come from the west and the habit has being kept in the 20th century, such as the content, organize and the Reggio in current, which mean the "other " exists in a certain epoch.The traditional colonialism is political word but the post-colonialism is academic words which based on Michel Foucault's post-modern theory and emphasized the putting an end to the West's hegemony. Though the post-colonialism stress the nationality, it includes opening and communion, too. The de-colonize does not imply the narrow nationalism and it insist on opening that keep balance with the inheriting. In early childhood education, the de-colonize means the harmonious among the different nations, innovation and re-conceptualize.There are four parts in this report, the first review the history of colony in early childhood education, that illuminate the likelihood of colony today. In the second part, the character of the post-colony be discussed and the colonized behave in the early childhood education be analyzed. In the third part, the approach of the de-colonization is discussed that mean sticking to nationality, developing from mainland and re-conceptualizing. Then the ideal early childhood education is illuminated that there is no colony is coexist, equal and communication. There are western modes on early childhood education in the west, and there are different traits in the east. And in the end, the main question that maybe resulted from the colony be explored which show the existence of the colony in China and it will be very difficult to de-colonize.
