Research On Anti-Poverty Problems For The Rural Areas In China

The poverty, as a global problem, results synthetically from the unbalanced development of economy, society, politics, culture, also the geography and natural zoology difference, individual difference. The poverty eradication confronts the whole world. It is a matter of not only economy but also politics to more extent. China views the three-agriculture problem as the important issue in national economic development. The focus of three-agricultural issue lies in the rural, especially the poverty rural. In the new era, it is significant of politics, economic and society to study the China's rural poverty, and will benefit the acceleration of rural family out of poverty, the economic sustainable development, the establishment of socialism country of new type, the reform, development and stabilization. The theoretic study of poverty in China lags the practice. It will do many goods to finding out an effective way against poverty to analyze the factors causing the poverty and to study the rural poverty eradication pertinently.This thesis analyzes the basic rural poverty theory. Starting with the poverty content, assortment and measures of poverty level, this paper studies the measurement criteria of poverty level home and abroad by the contrast, explaining the poverty concept theoretically. This article also analyzes the poverty eradication theory around the world, explores the development trend of poverty eradication, opening out the main effect of the present international poverty eradication theories and the measures taken to solve the rural poverty, evaluate synthetically the successful international measures against the poverty. On the theoretic studying frame and analyzing of the rural poverty actuality, this paper summarizes the poverty characteristics, analyzes furthermore why the poverty happens in China and the regional poverty characteristics and the extent by the contrast, finding out the rules.That this paper analyzes the poverty states in detail and its relationship with the zoology environment forms the precondition studying the poverty eradication in China. This paper concludes that the poverty and malignant circulating of biological condition are the important reason to cause the unsustainable economic and social development of poverty and under-development region, pointing out that poverty is matter of zoology environment. The poverty and its extent are related to the zoology condition tightly. The environmental problem of the poverty rural region is a matter of zoology and resource mainly. The matter of rural zoology in China is of economy in nature. Generally the economic poverty causes the zoology environment problem.
