Since the founding of new China, especially after Reform and opening up, the rural anti-poverty in China has made great achievements, the number of the poor declined dramatically. However, the problem of poverty is still serious. Therefore,rural anti-poverty has an important significance on rural and China's economic development. It is valuable to further study rural anti-poverty problems, whether in theory or in practice.Firstly sort out domestic and international poverty or anti-poverty theory, and summarize anti-poverty strategy in Chinese rural area; and analyze anti-poverty strategy by PEST analysis, in order to assess the performance of anti-poverty strategy comprehensively and objectively; Secondly summarize the principles and contents of assessment, construct the evaluation system of anti-poverty strategy, calculate the index of non-poor with comprehensive analysis method, and simply estimate the contribution of anti-poverty strategy; Finally, conclude the interest demands of stakeholders of anti-poverty strategy, reflect the relationship between stakeholders, and try to establish coordination mechanism. Based on the conclusions, make some suggestions for rural anti-poverty during new periods.The basic conclusion is that:rural anti-poverty as a long-term, complex and comprehensive works needs to coordinate the relationship between stakeholders with the construction of democracy mechanism at the grassroots level, coordination mechanisms between the urban and rural areas, dialogue and exchange mechanism between residents and government and non-governmental organizations, and coordination and cooperation mechanisms between government sector and non-governmental organizations.At the same time, rural anti-poverty properly handle the economic, social and environmental benefits. Improving economic conditions in the poor areas, we should strengthen the building of human capital and create a favorable environment for development, to foster self-development capacity of rural poor areas.
