“Healthy China 2030” program outline that the human healthy development is throughout the whole life cycle,the childhood is preliminary stage of human health development,and it’s also an important period to form a healthy habits.Movement as a medium,it is the way of children to communicate and grow up.Children can complete the movement in practices and learn the living skills by movement.So the movement is the key of the children health development.Good movement skills development and acquisition have important effect on body development,quality of growth,cognitive enhancement,good behavior and social adaptation.This paper summarizes the rules of children’s body shape,function,quality,mind and movement development.And combining the theories of human movement development,movement learning and control,to establish a system of physical functional movement for 3-6 preschoolers.What’s more,to redefine the development of children’s movement,sort out the contents and practice ways of different age groups.In this paper,the use of literature was to consult and sort out the relevant literature,and through interviews,interviews with experts on early childhood education,child psychology,motor development and functional training.For the 3-6-year-old preschoolers’ s body functional movemnet system construction and empirical research program to determine the corresponding theoretical support and scientific basis.Through the experimental method,the physical functional movement and the development characteristics of children in different age groups were combined to make the intervention of children of all ages,by the empirical study to observe the the impact of physical function of different age groups of young and old children measured gross movement,physical quality,behavior and other aspects.By mathematical statistics,The data obtained before and after the experiment were analyzed,and the significance and relevance of the different test indexes were analyzed,thus the establishment of 3-6 years old children’s body function of the scientific nature of the system and targeted verification,optimization and supplement.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.Through 3-6 year preschoolers’ s carding and inductiond of various aspects development laws,combined with the human movement development theory,movement learning and control theories,so the establishment of 3-6 year preschoolers’ s body function movement development pyramid model.It divided into functional movement mode,movement mode,functional movement skills and fundermental movement skills,a total of 338 kinds of movement classification and practice methods,including: functional movement mode,divided into 9 categories,16 kinds of movements;movement mode,divided into the 8 categories,49 kinds of movement;functional movement skills,divided into 105 kinds of practice methods;fundermental movement skills,divided into three categories,27 categories,168 practice.2.In the aspect of gross motor development,the kindergarten ’s sports activities and physical functional movement exercises,can be have a positive impact on the 3-6 year preschoolers’ s development of gross motor movements,but in the balanced development of three age male and female students locomotor movement and control movement,the physical functional movement exercises are better than the kindergarten ’s sports content.However physical functional movement exercising contents still improve on the side of the sliding step,forwarding step,forwarding jump and kicking ball.Two kinds of practice content,in promoting all ages children’s gross motor development has no significant gender differences.3.In the aspect of physical quality,the kindergarten ’s sports activities and physical functional movement exercises can haved an impact of 3-6 year preschoolers.The former on the middle class and small children affected,concentrated in the balance,sensitivity and power,but most of the test indicators than the experimental had no significantly change;and physical functional movement exercises can be more comprehensive development of all ages children of sensitive,speed and balance etal,in the intervention effect physical functional movement exercises was better than the kindergarten ’s sports content.However there be still need to improve the male and female students in the functional speed module,functional sensitivity module and functional power module.4.In the aspect of behavior,the kindergarten’s sports activities can only make the performance score of the 4-6 year control group slightly lower than the experiment before,so the performance of the boys and girls in the middle class and the small class can not be changed significantly.Physical functional movement exercises can significantly improve the performance of children aged 4 to 6 years of age,and the effect is better than the control group preschoolers,of which the experimental group of boys than girls in the introversion behavior problems to be significant.5.In the aspect of sensory integration aspects,the kindergarten’s sports activities had some more significant impact vestibular function and ontological sense for the 5 to 6-year-old control group of children’s,and tactile defense and learning ability to change is not significant.Physical functional movement can have a significant effect on the four aspects of sensory integration of boys and girls in the experimental group aged 5 to 6 years,and the effect is better than that of the kindergarten ’s sports.In addition,there was no significant gender difference in sensory integration between the control and experimental group.
