Research On The Development Path Of Ideological And Political Education Of Application-Oriented College Students

At present,China is in the critical period of industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and cultivating high-quality applied talents is very important to socioeconomic development.Strengthening the ideological and political education is the key link of the teaching of applied-oriented colleges.The fundamental goal is to cultivate the talents with application and innovation ability for the society.Basing on the development of teaching scale in applied-oriented colleges and universities in recent years,although the of running schools has been enlarged,teaching system has been gradually completed,colleges and universities over-focus on the education of specialized courses when they are under the employment pressure,and they pay less attention to the ideological and political education for students,It will have bad effects on the improvement of the quality and ability of the students in the long run.In view of this,these colleges should promote the development of ideological and political education for students variously,and adhere to the "based on students" education philosophy,combine the professional characteristics with psychological characteristics of college students to take targeted education,and improve the moral cultivation and professional skills of undergraduate college students on the whole,and reserve the qualified and high-quality talents with application and innovation ability for the development of the regional economic.This article selected nine applied undergraduate colleges in Ji Lin province as subjects in the study,focusing on summarizing the ideological and political education in these schools.The obvious problems were dissected.On the basis of the development of ideological and political education,they put forward five ways to strengthen the developing process.Specifically,there are five parts,following the basic contents:The first chapter is an introduction which dissects the latest research trends and theoretical results,especially the value of this research.The specific analysis of the subject was arranged by finding problems,studying problems and solving problems.The second chapter is a summary of college students' ideological and political education,which has an introduction on the concept and development of applied undergraduate colleges,and has knowledge of the elements and functions of ideological and political education for college students.Then followed by the basic principles of radical education development for college students—all-round development of human beings,coordination and operation,incentive and restraint,infiltration and persuasion,combination of teaching and management.Ultimately,they explain the importance of strengthening the college students' ideological and political education in three aspects—the need of cultivating applied college students' sound personality,promoting the development of applied universities and training applied talents for social development.The third chapter is the basis for the development of ideological and political education.This chapter expounds the theoretical basis and realistic basis of the development of ideological and political education.The theoretical basis includes the needs of society,ideology,human essence and social communication.While,the realistic basis are the macro and micro systems of ideological and political education of college students,which aim to promote the healthy development of college students' ideological and political education depending on stimulating the development of applied undergraduate colleges.The fourth chapter is the current situation of the development of ideological and political education of undergraduates in applied universities.This part is the important content of the thesis,and selects nine applied undergraduate colleges in Jilin province as the research object.Through the questionnaire and interview,we can understand the basic situation of the ideological and political education of these college students.In particular,the achievements that are mainly reflected on the goal is more clear,and practical activities in various forms,the curriculum system are more complete,and the educational effect is also significantly improved.But at the same time of affirming the achievements,we should find the problem from the profess of ideological and political education.These problems are followings: the institutions neglect the ideological and political education work,the ideological and political quality of students is low,the educational concept is behind and lack of innovation,the educational methods are not new.These problems seriously affect the application of undergraduate college students in all-round development.Finally,the paper analyzes the reason of the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the applied undergraduates from the five aspects of the deviation from the training of the school personnel,the impact of the society's complex and complex environmental impact,the lack of teaching,the lack of education and teaching evaluation mechanism and the structural imbalance of the teachers.It does the preparatory work for the solution.The fifth chapter is the path choice of the development of ideological and political education for undergraduates at applied undergraduate colleges.This part is the focus and difficulty of the paper.It mainly put forward the countermeasures of ideological and political education development of undergraduate colleges and universities from five aspects.First of all,it enrich the content of ideological and political education at applied undergraduate colleges from the four aspects of strengthening the education of college students patriotism education,ideals and beliefs education,mental health education,socialist core values education.Secondly,it put forward the improvement of ideological and political education of college students.That is the transformation from the conversion of instrumental rationality to communicative rationality,from the traditional method to the transformation of modern methods,from a single subject to the multidimensional disciplines of the development of the transition,from the development of the transformation from curriculum education to cultural identity,providing new ways of ideological and political education.Thirdly,strengthen the capacity building of ideological and political education teachers,requiring the teachers of application of ideological and political theoretical courses,party and government cadres,counselors,professional teachers and other teachers promote the ideological and political education work together,and constantly improve the operational capacity and professional level,play a synergistic effect for the local development of training more high-quality applied talents;What's more we must continue to
