Interlanguage is an independent language system between mother tongue and target language.The study of second language learners' interlanguage system on proving and improving the interlanguage theory and mastering the second language learners' language acquisition characteristics have important theoretical and practical significance.This study based on 86.8 million words of primary corpus and 30 million words in each of intermediate and advanced corpus,focuses on interlanguage system of South Korean students,including Chinese characters and vocabulary system.The study includes the kind of characters,words,characters frequency,word frequency,word formation,Chinese characters of syllable structure,etc.By comparing the south Korean students' Chinese Interlanguage characters and vocabulary and Chinese native people and Chinese teaching materials,which found that the relationship with the Chinese teaching materials distribution over interlanguage use and the insufficiency as well as the students Chinese characters,vocabulary.In order to better reveal the South Korea students' vocabularyacquisition picture,we analysis each of these words errors from the words creation errors and words using errors.1.South Korean students interlanguage system of Chinese characters and vocabulary have the independence,their words,words frequency are different from Chinese native people's usage of Chinese characters.Primary level of South Korean students use Chinese characters 1899;intermediate level of South Korean students use Chinese characters 2259,advanced level of South Korean students use Chinese characters 2869.Different language levels of South Korean students use Chinese words 154635,171907,and 171907 in each.Thirteen species of Chinese words are 4266,6017 and 8613 in each language level.The study is from the dimension of vocabulary breadth of knowledge acquisition.Interlanguage words frequency and other indexes of South Korean students are all different from Chinese native speakers,especially in the system of errors,South Korean students create plenty of non-exist words,and most of these non-exist words are coming from Korean.2.South Korean students interlanguage system has dynamic characteristics.With the deepening of Chinese learning,Chinese characters and vocabulary system are growing.Chinese characters,overlapping characters,frequency and many other indicators are increased with the improvement of Chinese level,and gradual move into the native Chinese characters system,but this gradually converge was not achieved merger at advanced stage.South Korean students interlanguage vocabulary system dynamics is reflected in the vocabulary errors,first elementary level has the most terms of total errors and the errors types,but with the improvement of Chineselevel the errors are decreasing.Substitution errors between the word and the word as a whole shows fewer types,lower frequency dynamics.In addition,in this paper,the interlanguage difference between words and the collocation of quantifier study also can be seen that with the improvement of Chinese level,and the difference between word collocation of noun phrase and quantifier word collocation of nouns and verbs with the improvement of Chinese level increased significantly,with the richness of constantly improve,the south Korean students Chinese interlanguage vocabulary system is dynamic.3.South Korean students interlanguage system has the characteristic of fossilization,for example'gaozhong xuexiao,gao zhong xue'and the related expressions,substitutions between'kan'and 'jian','yuanyi'and 'xiwang','aiqing'and 'ai',etc.
