In 2010,the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)pointed out that "Teaching is the primary content of teacher assessment","Will comprehensively implement the teaching quality and teaching reform project of higher education." In 2011,the education ministry added "teacher teaching ability promotion" to "higher education undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project".In 2012,the national teacher started teaching demonstration center construction,since then,the teacher teaching demonstration center construction at the provincial level have also launched,which opened a teacher's teaching in colleges and universities development center top-down process of systematic construction,promote the teachers' teaching ability ascension became the focus of the teacher's teaching development center at all levels.The evaluation of teachers'teaching ability is the necessary and important means to master the status of teachers'teaching ability,promote teachers' teaching ability and improve the teaching reform of education.However,the research on teachers' teaching ability evaluation mainly concentrated in basic education stage,the research achievements on evaluation of university teachers' teaching abilities are less,no ready-made has universal applicability of the evaluation system of university teachers' teaching abilities available to use,therefore,with the current volume the biggest is a period in the future construction and development mainly applied university as an example,the research on teachers' teaching ability evaluation system has important significance and value.Its results can enrich our college teachers teaching ability evaluation and the study of the theory of the development of teaching,provide theoretical guidance and practical guide for related organizations and individuals to carry out the applied university teachers' teaching ability evaluation,and provide important reference for education administration to make and adjust relevant decisions.In addition,it also provides an important basis for the study of teaching ability evaluation of other types of teachers and for the evaluation practice of teachers' teaching ability in other universities.In this paper,by adopting the combination of empirical research and logic thought comprehensive research paradigm,following the basic train of thought "logical thinking-empirical research-dialectic logic ",The author carried out systematic research on the evaluation system of teachers' teaching ability in applied universities,creative build three-dimensional structure model of the applied university teachers' teaching abilities and teaching ability evaluation index system,and develop the corresponding evaluation scale,which provides important theoretical basis and practical guide for the applied university teachers' teaching ability evaluation.This paper is divided into eight chapters,and its important findings are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of literature research and investigation,the ability structure of"two factors" says,competency iceberg model and quality of onion model theory,the structure of the teaching ability of 3 d model theory and the basic theories of applied undergraduate education as the instruction,combined with the universality of university teachers' teaching ability and applied to the particularity of university personnel training requirements,the author build three-dimensional structure model of the applied university teachers' teaching abilities,put forward from the "competence dimensions","work area dimensions" and "teaching activity dimensions" analysis of the applied university teachers' teaching ability and description:From the competence dimensions,applied university teachers' teaching ability including "personality","knowledge" and "teaching skills;From the dimension of the work area,the teaching ability of applied university teachers includes "classroom teaching ability" and"practical teaching ability";From the dimension of teaching activities,applied university teachers' teaching ability including "teaching cognitive","teaching design ability","teaching ability","teaching evaluation ability","teaching innovation"and"teaching research ability".Applied to construct a structural model of university teachers' teaching abilities,to explore the applied university teachers' teaching ability provides the analysis framework,as well as provides an important basis to deeply analyze the son applied university teachers' teaching ability.Secondly,based on the composition of the applied university teachers' teaching ability structure model analysis,guided by the basic theory of personnel quality assessment,the integrated use of literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and test method,according to the theory of "building-empirically-secondary empirical test-reliability test",the author build the applied university teachers'teaching ability evaluation index system,including the comprehensive teaching ability evaluation index system(including three level indicators and 16 secondary indicators and 60 tertiary index)and its assessment scale(TAE-60,TAE-52),the classroom teaching ability evaluation index system(including three level indicators,9 secondary indicators and 24 tertiary index)and its assessment scale(CTAE-24),and the practice teaching ability evaluation index system(including 4 first-level indicators,8 secondary indexes and 22 tertiary index)and its assessment scale(PTAE-22),and according to the evaluation of the practical need of applied university teachers'teaching ability,the author gives the applied university teachers' teaching ability assessment result of two kinds of calculation methods:"for the use of teachers'self-assessment evaluation results of the calculation" and "the assessment results for the use of collective evaluation calculation".The establishment of evaluation index system and evaluation scale of the applied university teachers' teaching ability can provide important theoretical basis and scientific method for organization or individual evaluation to the applied university teachers ability.Thirdly,using the research of applied university teachers' teaching ability evaluation system(including the evaluation index system and assessment scale)to the random sampling of the applied university teachers teaching ability present situation assessment,through the analysis of the system of evaluation data,the author verify the applied university teachers' teaching ability evaluation index system and evaluation scale of scientific nature and effectiveness,and master the applied present situation of university teachers' teaching abilities of relevant data.Applied university teachers'teaching ability assessment and the analysis results show that,the applied university teachers' teaching ability in general is in general level,the classroom teaching ability is superior to the comprehensive teaching ability,which is better than the practice teaching ability,the classroom teaching ability is in good level,the comprehensive teaching ability and the practice teaching ability are in the general level.The teaching ability of applied university teachers has the difference of "ability factor","judge subject" and "judge object".Fourthly,the author point out that the development of applied university teachers'teaching ability is the improvement of the three-dimensional structure and development of applied university teachers' teaching abilities,is the comprehensive development of applied university teachers' teaching attitude,knowledge and skills,is the system development of the applied university teachers' comprehensive teaching ability,classroom teaching ability,and practice teaching ability.The development of teaching ability of applied university teachers is of great significance to the cultivation of talents and the pursuit of academic excellence.According to the present situation of the applied university teachers' teaching ability,the author put forward reasonable suggestions to perfect the teachers' teaching ability evaluation:avoid "diploma first"and "position first".It is suggested that the method of multi-subject evaluation should be adopted as far as possible.In the case of disputes over the evaluation of teaching ability,it is suggested that the supplementary evaluation should be handled in dispute.In order to realize the real-time statistics,analysis and feedback of the evaluation data,it is suggested to study and carry out the interactive "Internet + teaching ability evaluation".In addition,the author analysis the applied university teachers' teaching ability development reality barrier from the state,colleges and teachers,and then put forward three countermeasures to promote the development of the applied university teachers' teaching ability:to create good external environment;to improve the internal mechanism;to swallow the short board of the teaching ability.
