The paper topic choosing the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training is based on three considerations.Firstly,the era status and mission of the cadre education and training is extremely lofty;Secondly,the influence of student subjectivity on cadre education and training is very important.Finally,the problems existing in the practice of student subjectivity in the current cadre education and training are quite prominent.The significance of the paper is reflected in four factors.It is helpful to clarify the connotation of student subjectivity in cadre education and training.It is helpful to enhance the understanding of the inevitability of the existence of students’ subjectivity in cadre education and training.It is helpful to discover the problems existing in practice of student subjectivity in cadre education and training.It is helpful to optimize the realization of students’ subjectivity in cadre education and training and promote its development.Among them,the first two aspects belong to the theoretical significance of the paper,and the last two aspects belong to the practical one.Compared with the importance of the cadre education and training,the research work on it in our country is lagging behind,and the attention to the student subjectivity is not enough.The research results of student subjectivity in cadre education and training are far from that of ordinary pedagogy in terms of scale and quality.Furthermore,the existing literature on the student subjectivity is basically treated as the countermeasures to solve the problem,or the strategy used to improve the level of the cadre education and training.Here,the student subjectivity itself seems to be a self-evident,not basically involving what the student subjectivity is as well as whether the student subjective exists or not.Therefore,the basic research idea of the paper is as follows.First of all,make the student subjectivity itself as a problem,explore its connotation and the existing basis,and then think it as a solution to the problem,explain how to better optimize the student subjectivity in the learning,teaching and management activities,thus improve the quality of the cadre education and training.Under the guidance of the general idea,the paper focuses on the exploring and answering the questions on the four aspects,namely "what the connotation of student subjectivity is,whether the students have subjectivity in the cadre education and training,what the cadre education and training practice is and how to further optimize the realization of the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training.The innovation of the paper is mainly reflected in the following five aspects,such as,the selected research object is rarely paid attention to by predecessors;the selected research entry point is rarely involved by predecessors;define the concept of student subjectivity in the cadre education and puts forward to my own understanding of it;demonstrate the existence of student subjectivity in cadre education and training,clarify the concrete performance of student subjectivity in three aspects of "learning,teaching and management";create the scale and questionnaire based on the concept analysis and realize the measurement to the student subjectivity;integrate the two dimensions of consciousness and freedom,propose a framework of internal and external integration to optimize student subjectivity.However,the deficiency of the paper lies in that the theoretical source of student subjectivity is not deep enough due to the limitation of professional background,and the practical measurement of student subjectivity is not precise enough due to the objective conditions.Focusing on the student subjectivity in cadre education and training,the paper mainly does the following research work:Firstly,the theoretical origin to student subjectivity in cadre education and training.First of all,subjectivity is a philosophical concept,and the study of student subjectivity in cadre education and training should be rooted in the fertile ideological soil of subject philosophy theory.In order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the study,the paper at the beginning reviews the evolution of subjective philosophy based on various documents.Through theoretical analysis,we find that subjectivity is a category that runs through the whole history of philosophical development and has formed abundant subjective philosophical thoughts.Among them,the transformation from the ontological subject to cognitive subject constitutes a significant change in the development of the concept of subjectivity.The cognitive subjectivity based on the structure of the relationship between the subject and the object has a profound influence.The subsequent theories,such as life subjectivity,intersubjectivity,postmodern subjectivity,otherness and value subjectivity,are all based on the criticism of the cognitive subject and the subjectivity concept derived from it.However,to a large extent,the evolution of subjective philosophy is not mutual negation and substitution,but mutual inspiration,integration and complement,which is particularly evident in contemporary times.Secondly,the definition of student subjectivity in cadre education and training.Defining the student subjectivity in the cadre education training need to the evolution of the doctrine of subjective philosophy as the ideological soil,guided by the Marxist philosophy of subjectivity theory,and can be applicable to the nature of the specific field in the cadre education and training.In this way,the need to the problems study can be better met and serviced.Based on the above principles,the paper puts forward that the student subjectivity in cadre education and training is the value center position and positive behavior characteristics presented as a learner in the relationship structure of the cadre education and training.We can grasp the connotation of the concept from five dimensions: from the nature,it is the qualitative specification to the learners’ subject status established in the cadre education and training;from the aspect of constitution,it concentrated embodies the consciousness and freedom participating in the cadre education and training;from the point of view of paradigm,it is the subjectivity integrating intersubjectivity and otherness;from the point of view of the form,it exists in the "learning,teaching,management" three levels in the cadre education and training;from the sense,it has both positive and negative functions.Among them,the three dimensions of nature,content and paradigm focus on the integration of concepts with existing theories,while the two dimensions of form and function highlight the combination of concepts with the activities characteristics of the cadre education and training.Thirdly,the clarification of student subjectivity in cadre education and training.Due to the influence of the traditional educational concepts and misunderstanding to the concept of subjectivity,coupled with the attributes of vocational education and political education of the cadre education and training,many people have doubts or misunderstandings about whether the students have subjectivity in the cadre education and training.From the student quality,relationship structure and network technology,the part of the research work demonstrates that the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training is an inevitable existence.Among them,the students’ knowledge level,such as age characteristics and their conditions,etc.can support the student subjectivity,the relational structure of learning activities,teaching activities and management activities in the cadre education and training can save the student subjectivity,and the network technology,as the key variables influencing the development to The Times,can further empower and amplify the students subjectivity.In this part,the paper points,the student subjectivity in the study relationship main shows the students’ initiative subjectivity to the knowledge,the student subjectivity in the teaching relationship main does the students’ interactive subjectivity,while the student subjectivity in the management relationship mainly does the purposeful subjectivity.Fourthly,the measurement of student subjectivity in the cadre education and training.What should be is not equal to what is.Sometimes,the logic of theory is not consistent with the logic of reality.What the actual practice of the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training is still needs to be actually measured after conceptual operation.Due to the lack of ready-made measurement tools that can be used directly,the paper designs the scale and questionnaire,mainly based on the understanding of the three levels of the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training,and in accordance with the principle of highlighting the activities and students’ own characteristics in the cadre education and training.During the investigation,674 valid samples were obtained,which fully covered students from different regions,class types,training units and length of school system.On this basis,combining with the data statistics of SPSS,from the three fields of learning,teaching and management,the paper describes and presents the practice of student subjectivity in the cadre education and training.Meanwhile,respectively putting the of the training class form,the training length of the school system and the training organization level as the independent variable,and the initiative of subjectivity in learning,the interactive subjectivity in teaching and the purposeful subjectivity in managing as the dependent variables,the analysis of the one way ANOV showed that,the implementation of the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training was no significant relationship with the training class form,the training length of the school system and the training organization level.The further analysis shows that the students themselves and the characteristics of relationship structure in which the students are involved,are the two main factors affecting the practice of the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training.Finally,the optimization of student subjectivity in the cadre education and training.The optimization of the student subjectivity in the cadre education and training has two meanings.For students,it is a process of better realizing individual subjectivity,while for the cadre education and training;it is a process of better realizing work mission.The optimization of student subjectivity includes two basic aspects: on the one hand,the self-construction of student subjectivity should be optimized in the direction of consciousness,emphasizing the students’ own factors;On the other hand,the external guarantee of student subjectivity should be optimized in the dimension of freedom,highlighting the environmental support factor.The optimization of the students themselves,on the one hand,should enhance the students’ subjective consciousness to the cadre education and training;on the other hand,improve the students’ subjective behavior to the cadre education and training,and its key is to be a dynamic person facing knowledge,to be an interactive person facing teachers and to be a passive person facing the system.The optimization of the external guarantee mainly focuses on building a learning environment that can support students’ initiative,upgrading the teaching system that can support students’ interaction,and improving the management mode that can support students’ purpose,etc.
