Studies On Constituents Of Fruit Body Of Polyporus Umbellatus And Salix Bordensis

This thesis consists of four parts:The first part: The summarization of five species of fungi of Basidiomcetesphytochemically.There are more than ten thousands of fungi distribute in the world. They aredivided into five mycetes according to the shape and the way of multiply, the species have medical value mainly belong to Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. We systemtical consulted references about investigatin of five fungi of Basidiomycetes in past twenty years, the research advance on the active components, phytochemistry, medical value and edible value of Ganodenma Lucidum, Poria cocos, Hericiunm erinaceus, Dictyophora indusiata,Polyporus umbellatus.The second part: Studies on the chemical components of Polyporus umbellatusTwenty compounds have been isolated from the Polyporus umbellatus using silica gelcolumn chromatography, preparative TLC. By mean of UV, IR, MS, 'H, 13C-NMR and DEPT, the structure of sixteen compounds were identified, including fattineis, sterol, polyorusterones. Amony them, there are two new compounds named as 3-methoxy -(22E,24R)- ergosta-7,22-dien and 7-methyl-3-methoxy-(22E,24R)- ergosta- 7,22-dien, eight compounds are islated for the first time from Polyporus umbellatus per. Fries. The known compunds were identified by comparing their spectral date with these reported in the literature or with authentic samples.The third part: The studies on the chemical constituents ofSalix bordensis.Ten compounds were isolated from the EtoAc extraction of Salix borensis,they are all known compounds and were identified by comparing their spectral date with those of reported in the literature.The four part: Researching into the quatitical normaly of Rab The quantitative studies of the effective constituents in Rab were studied by means of orthogonal experimental design, UV spectrograph and HPLC. The results of thestudies afforded promise of providing some scientific evidence for the selectivity of traditional Chinese medicine. They also have some theorical and practical significance in planttaxonomy and biogemesis.
