This thesis is composed of four chapters.Chapter 1:Recent advance of diterpenoid alkaloids.This chapter is a summary of the recent advance of diterpenoid alkaloids.New alkaoids mainly have been found from plants of Aconitum Linnaeus and Delphinium Linnaeus that belong to Ranunculaceae.And a few of diterpenoid alkaoids have benn found from Consolida Linnaeus.This summary involves three aspects of diterpenoid alkaloids:thd chemical constitudents of plants,the pharmacology of diterpenoid alkaloids and the modification of diterpenoid alkaloids.Chapter 2:Study of chemical constituents of Aconitum coreanum.In this chapter,the chemical constituents of A.coreanum had been studied.Fifteen compounds had been isolated from the extract of this plant.And nine known compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic identification including IR,ELMS,FAB-MS,HR-MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,1H-1H COSY,gHMQC,gHMBC.The identified compounds are:hypaconitine(1),β-sitostrol(2),Guanfu Base B(3), talatisamine(4),plamic acid(5),ynnaconitine(6),crassiculine A(7),chasmanine(8),Guanfu base P(9).And compound 6 to 8 were isolated for the first time.Chapter 3:The structure modification of talatisamine and yunaconitineWith talatisamine and yunaconitine as raw materials,forteen(A1-A7,B1-B7) modificational derivatives were obtained.And among those products,A2-A7 and B2-B7 are new non-naturally products,their spectral data were dirst reported.And the research of the bioactivity of some compound was still in progress.Chapter 4:Novel Biginelli-like cyclocondensation reaction:an efficient synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-ones under microwave irradiation and solvent-free condition4-aryl-substituted 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-ones are synthesized in high yields using Zinc iodide as a mild catalyst under microwave irradiation and solvent-free condition by one-pot cyclocondensation reaction.This is a simple,mild,rapid and environmentally benign method of the synthesis of the DHPMs.
