| As an important component of marine propulsion system, CPP propulsion system is widely used practically, but attention paid to it is far from enough. Domestic research of CPP, whether on software or hardware, is not to be compared to that of advanced countries.Based on newest data, the working principle of CPP propulsion system is analyzed firstly in this thesis, and the characteristics of the remote control system are introduced, then CPP of automatic load control (ALC) is simulated as the most popular controlling system in MATLAB. And qua! itative analysis of simulation curve shows that PID algorithm with dead zone is used successfully in this simulation. Whereas domestic seaman is not familiar with CPP remote control system, CPP simulation software is designed subsequently for the convenience of teaching. Real time monitoring, simulation and demonstration, fault setting and elimination are included as its main function. Adopting Windows2000 as developing platform and Object-Oriented VB as programming language, it has simple and friendly user interface. The main controlling module such as ME start/stop, clutch control (PTI, PTO clutch included), pitch adjusting and stabilizing, shaft generator control are described in the form of program flow chart. This programming precept based on module is in favor of maintenance of software and its upgrade later.ActiveX technology, OLE technology and computer animation technology are used in software designing, which can impress the trainee deeply. With scrupulous amendment and perfection, it can be taken as auxiliary teaching software in such courses as "marine propulsion system" and "marine automation" . |
