In this paper, the static analysis, modal analysis, seismic accelerates response spectrum analysis of engineering and optimization design are performed by using ANSYS.The structure of R.C. frame has the advantage of low cost, flexible layout, convenient to construct standardly, and it has become a most important architectural structure type in China, what's more it will maintain a good development prospects in the future. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to find the scientific and rational design methods to ensure building safety and improve the investment efficiency. Structural Optimum design is to make structural certain kind performance ( such as weight and cost, rigidity) be best under the condition that satisfies various standard or some specific requirements.Optimization design is united the professional design theory,mathematical optimization method and computer technologies into one, It provides an important scientific design methods, greatly improves the design efficiency and quality.In this paper, The major content of the research includes the following three major components :1. Through the establishment of a target of minimum cost and maximum ductility of the mathematical model, regard the side section as a component framework floors design variable, intension,displacement and axial compression ratio as restrictive conditions, optimized design, choose the optimum scheme. 2. Extracted the internal force radio from the various combinations, according to Current criterion, calculated the reinforcement of the main beam, sub-beam and the columns of each floors , and the ductility , lateral and axial compression ratio of the structure.3. Establish the Model of Frame Structure in actual situation. Through the calculation of the static models in the combinations of the dead load and live load and the earthquake , gain the stress of the structure design and deformation of a structural design plans. After the modal analysis, gain the structure vibration characteristics and the main vibration mode. Combining with the results of modal analysis, analysis the earthquake acceleration response spectrum of the structure, gain the structural characteristics of the anti-earthquake.This paper can be used not only in the framework of the optimization of design, but also other forms of structural optimization of the structural design.
