| With the development of electric industry, dispatcher training simulate system (DTS) has already been deployed in broad, each level of electric grid state has owned a dispatcher training simulate system matching its real control area. So intercommunicating relative grid information between each other to achieve simulate training of hyper-area become a need.Currently, different companies design DTS using different structure from real-time plat to data model. To achieve intercommunicate between each other must resolve those problems such as data model transition, graph file translation, etc. For the correct intercommunicate between different DTS, the understanding of the exchange information must be consistent. The information syntax need be uniformed.Three key parts compose the core of IEC61970 standard, common information model, component interface specification and graph exchange format. IEC61970 define a serial complete standards from information model to component interface specification and graph exchange format, so it is a technology basis for gapless connection between different companies EMS module.This article will describe an intercommunicate framework design of dispatcher training simulate system based on IEC61970, create data structures and function modules based on CIM, use those structures and modules to intercommunicate between different type of DTS systems, then match the require of hyper-area simulate training.There are three main parts of this article. In the first part, the dependence of information intercommunity international standard, IEC61970, is introduced, which include CIM, CIS and SVG definition and concepts. In the second part, an integrate design packaging current energy management system is discussed, and the framework of CIS server is designed.
