Structure And Intensity Research On Region Governmental Input Of Science And Technology

In today抯 world, a country抯 (or a region抯) international competition and integrated national power depends on its development level of science and technology (SAT) and economy. In the age of knowledge-based economy, the development of economy lies on the advancement of SAT. That making great efforts to improve the level of the country抯 (or the region抯) development of SAT, and increasing the contribute rate of the progress of SAT to economy, is the important strategy step and track to impel the social and economic progress. General speaking, the level and dimensions of the SAT enterprise is closely interrelated to the structure and intensity of the SAT input. Therefore, it is important to improve the effect of SAT input and impel the SAT enterprise by studying and optimizing the structure and intensity of SAT input. This paper summarizes the former research about SAT input, bring forward the study method which is worthful to study the region governmental SAT input. The method is based on studying the ideologies and methods of System Dynamics, comparative study method, system of evaluating indices and gray system theory. And it creationarily bands itself together with the running status of the region governmental SAT input, makes with innovative and guideworthy discusses that make the region s input of SAT quantification. Then, the region抯 SAT input system of monitoring and evaluating indices is established, it is used for region抯 SAT charging dept to monitor and control the running status of region抯 SAT input structure and intensity, and to comparatively study the SAT status of variously regions. In addition, the paper also systematacially studies the SAT working status of Langfang city Hebei province, and the achievements of the studying is worthy to reference and guide the rally region governmental SAT work.
