A Study On Outsourcing

The wave of globalization has engulfed every market in the world since 1980's. It is more and more difficult for an enterprise to win the competence in the market only with its own resource. Outsourcing offers the new way of optimizing an enterprise's internal resource using and developing the core competence. We made a study on outsourcing, and point out that the strategy of outsourcing can help the enterprise put all its resources into the development of core competence. With outsourcing, the enterprise can predigest the organization, increase the flexibility of the organization, and gain the scale, scope and speed economics, we develop a model of outsourcing strategy: the core business - specificity model, and provide a management method of outsourcing, and at last, we make a discussion on the application of outsourcing in our country.The text is divided into six parts:Part 1.
