To build the economics system model and estimate relative parameters is an important task. By applying the DEA method, computation economics method and technical economics method, this thesis tries to build, on the base of statistics material, a Regional Macro-Economics Evaluation System.The thesis includes several parts. Chapter 1 describes the meaning of thesis, method used to study the case, and the possible innovation. Chapter 2 and chapter 3 introduce the applying status of DEA method in the Regional Macro-Economics field. Chapter 4 to chapter 7 are the kernel of the thesis.Chapter 4 promotes a new rule of judging whether the input/output variables are complete. Chapter 5 shows how to applying the DEA method and the rule promoted in chapter 4 to analysis by using the example of how fixed assets affecting industry economics in 1999. At the same time, the thesis brings forward new concepts such as Input Redundancy Ratio and Output Inefficiency Ratio. Chapter 6 enriches the division of DMU, and classes DMUs as Allot Efficiency, Price Inefficiency, Relative Redundancy and Absolute Redundancy. Chapter 7 resolves the bug of unable to put DMUs in order. Chapter 8 introduces the software of Regional Macro-Economics DEA Evaluation System. Chapter 9 makes conclusion of the thesis.During the process of writing, the thesis conforms to the trend of economics environments and renovation of ideas and tries to stand out the practicability of DEA method.
