| This thesis is about the performance appraisal of employees of function department in private-owned companies , based on the author's experience of working in private-owned companies as H.R.Manager. It consists of two parts: the sample case and its analysis.The case description introduces the background and development of H.R.M in Yimei Lt. Company , focused on the problems and puzzlement on which the company encountered during setting up a project to appraise performance of employees of function department.In the part of case analysis, the author applies the knowledge of human resources management to analysis the performance appraisal of Yimei Lt. Company from the theory of inspiring , theory of fair, expectancy theory and so on .Using a lot of practical ,the author suggests a effective, suited project for the company.With the development of marketing economy, private-owned companies have a wonderful prospect, however, they are facing a lot of problem in H.R.Management, especially in performance appraisal system, in this thesis, the author is trying to explore a method both reasonable and effective for this kind of companies. |
