On Problems Of Administration According To Law Of Undeveloped District

Administration according to law is the important element of rule of law. Research of this problem will do good to service to the people by the government. We have joined in WTO and must change our ideas about government, functions and modes of our government, must establish a democratic government with good effective, probity.The administration of district government will play an important role to make the undeveloped the district break away from the condition of lagging. I plan to research the problem of administration according to law in this paper by the numbers, including the essence, meaning and the basis principle of administration according to law. I analyze the mostly problem and the clause of these questions and bring forward basic thoughts and countermeasures to overcome the main problem of administration according to law.
