Modern society is competitive society of human resource, it is a recognized puzzled topic that how to gain talents, how to keep talents and how to use talents reasonably. Among them, the most complicated and difficult problem is how to exert folly inspiration action of salary and reward and doing well inspiration work on human. One important secret of constant developing successful enterprise is to establish reasonable and effective salary and reward control system, which ensures competition advantage of human resource and turn it into predominance of market competition.At present, it is in groping period for studying salary and reward system at home. Modern salary and reward control theory is not combined with facts in most of enterprises yet, while a portion of enterprises just copy foreign salary and reward mode. It is groping direction of this paper that how to apply salary and reward theory into practice and to design salary and reward control system suitable for enterprise's actual situation.In this paper, main work for the writer is, by studying Guangzhou Malting Company's salary, reward situation and existing problems, combining with company development strategy and all principals of salary and reward design and using human resource control theory and method flexibly, to design solidly and systematically one series of relative perfect salary and reward system suitable for the company. Furthermore, sub-series together assisted with duty evaluationmethod of grading method is attempted in design. It is expected that this paper can improve salary and reward situation of the company, also provide one vivid case for salary and reward theory study, and play certain action in groping salary and reward design method for medium and small enterprises.Shortage of the paper mainly is lack of enough discussion on achievements and efficiency assessment system matched with new system; It does not grope and discuss deeply annual-salary system of high-level management persons, stock rights encouragement, non-currency inspiration and etc.The paper comprises five parts: the first, to introduce background for selecting subjects, study meaning and general frame of this paper; the second, to discuss salary and reward design theory; the third, to introduce and analyze salary and reward situation and existing problems of Guangzhou Malting company; the fourth, re-designing salary and reward system for Guangzhou Malting company; the fifth is to evaluate application effects of salary and reward system.
