Study On Sci-Technology And Culture Of Knowledge Management

Management science coupled with knowledge economy have entered knowledge management era on the date of the second thousand year. Knowledge management, based on the information resource management and human resource management, depending on science and technology, regarding culture strength as nuclear . is a sort of fire-new management theory and means, it represents the direction of humanity management and the recent fruit. The appearance and prosperity of knowledge management represent a new phase where enterprise management is adapting the variance of business environment that appearance of knowledge management have created. Successful practice of foreign enterprise knowledge management, for example, GE, HP, Micro and so on, have begun to bring to domestic corporation, government, troop AND not for profit organizations 'attention." The top flight sheep"of our national knowledge management are some big high-tech enterprises, as Lingxiang, Fangzheng, Qinghuatongfang, Wanbao, they have obtained ideal effect after introduction. Knowledge management is positively developing. When the actively of knowledge management is rising greatly ,two ways are in existence in our enterprise field: one is blind copy, regardless of enterprise 'sci-technology foundation and culture strength; the other is that many enterprises have refused knowledge management in front of it, they think that knowledge management is only in high-tech enterprise, greatly depending on sci-technology of ,owning many high-tech talents at the same time .To do it, the paper studies knowledge management from two ways of sci-technology and culture. Auther has consult many literatures cited both home and abroad, looked into net stations concerned, meanwhile I have entered practice of enterprise study knowledge management for four months. Based on the analysis of theory and case, thinking the reality of our national enterprise, I have written the paper which have five chapters.The first chapter, on the view of sci-technology and culture, introduces the research actuality of knowledge management both here and abroad, reviews knowledge management development history. Then it expounds clearly knowledge management'notion, summarizes knowledge management experience of success and lesson of lost both home and abroad.More, the paper studies the mutual relation of sci-technology and knowledge management, culture and knowledge management. The fifth chapter poses clearly the viewpoint that knowledge management demands sci-technology in conjunction with culture. Based on the analysis of theory and practice stated above, the lost chapter anatomies the drawback of sci-technology and culture of knowledge management China enterprise implement, at the same time it poses many measures China enterprise implement knowledge management.
