Urban Land Grading Method - Taking Shanxi Province As An Example

An Exploration of Method of the Urban Land Grading ──Taking Shanxi Province As the Example Abstract On the basis of the studying of the national urban land grading cases and the analysis of the natural, economic and social conditions of Shanxi province, the dissertation put forward a method which uses the average land prices of the large and medium cities as control, and combines with the method of seeking counsel of experts to establish the urban land grading system. The dissertation has discussed the feasibility pragmatic character and the using range of the system, and ha analyzed the reasons of some of the indexes specially. The dissertation uses the 22 cities of Sbanxi province as pilots to establish the urban land grading index system, in which 7 prefectural cities are used as simples which datum land prices and its corresponding areas are used to count the comprehensive average and prices, which have been used as the control in the process of weights calcu ting and adjusting. The established urban land grading index system of hanxi province are used in the grading of the 22 cities of Shanxi province, and the results are used in the rough estimating of the state owned land assets of Shanxi province.
