With the approaching of information ages and the development of economy globalization, the importance of logistics in society and enterprise development is increasingly being emphasized, and close attention is being paid to logistics by all levels of governments and corporations. Modern logistics are regarded as the third profit source of enterprises as well as decreasing of material consumption and increasing of labor-production rate. Logistics management is one of the important fields in the logistics research, and it is the key to achieve the logistics modernization.The thesis does a systematic research on the issue of implementing the modern logistics management in Guangxi, based on the theory of logistics management, supply chain management and the third party logistics, the article tries to analyze the current situation and problems in the logistics management in Guangxi, point out that the supply chain management is the guiding principle of implementing modern logistics management in Guangxi and give some advice from the macro and micro angle. In the thesis, it firstly expound some basic theory of the logistics and the logistics management. Secondly the thesis analyzes the external environment of the logistics management, the current situation and problems in the logistics management in Guangxi by using many data and materials. Then the thesis stats that we should take the supply chain management as the guiding principle of implementing modern logistics management on the basic of the last two charts. Finally the thesis discusses how to implement the modern logistics managemet reasonably and efficiently from the macro and micro angle.
