Research On Cooperation Incentive Mechanism Of Supply Chain Enterprise

Since 1980s, the supply chain management has become a very important part in management gradually. The purpose of SCM is mainly to devote to the rationalization and optimization of logistics, information flow and funds flow in the whole chain by the cooperation and division of node enterprises, and improve the competence of the whole chain. So the key factor of the SCM is just the cooperation of all enterprises in a supply chain. The settlement of the strategic partnership of supply chain enterprise can better guarantee the whole competitiveness of the supply chair; effectively. But the cooperation among the supply chain enterprises is always very weak in reality because of the information asymmetry, information twist, market uncertainty and other reasons. In order to better maintain and develop the cooperation of supply chain enterprise, it is very important to set up an effective incentive mechanism in each stage and adopt all kinds of measures to incentive all the enterprises.Thus, the theme of this paper is to research on cooperation incentive mechanism of supply chain enterprise.Firstly, some relative theories about supply chain and supply chain cooperation are discussed , such as the concept, structure model and characteristic of supply chain, the meaning and basic thought of SCM, and the concept, content and the benefit of supply chain cooperation.Secondly, the cooperation incentive mechanism of supply chain is discussed. We present the meaning of incentive and incentive mechanism, prove the necessity of incentive respectively with views of organization behaviors and agent theory, and then disscuss the importance to set up the incentive mechanism and its characteristic. We study the cooperation incentive measures of supply chain, including the incentive subject and object , the incentive goal and means . Present 9 kinds of effective incentive measures.Then, we do a certain research on performance appraisal, which is necessary conditions both to run a supply chain and operate the incentive mechanism. We study its meaning, necessity, relative requirement, characteristic, principle and important roles, set up a index system of performance appraisal and discuss the combination and operation of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism.At last, the instance of Dell Company is introduced. We hope our research can supply effective help to maintain and develop the cooperation of supply chain ente prise in our country.
