The Advantage And Function Of Non-profitable Organizations

The modern social science divides society into three parts: government organizations, profitable organizations and non-profitable organizations, which are the three forms in political realms, economic realms and social realms correspondingly. The reformation in the past twenty years has determined the developing direction in political and social realms: in the political realms, reformation direction developing socialistic democratic politics has been decided; in the economic realms, establishing socialistic market economy mechanism has already taken into shape; however, in the social realms, the direction is not so clear. From the practice of social development, both the government and enterprise have their limitations that result in their inability to provide all the service for the people or consumers. Although the government is doubtlessly the root to solve all the social problems, supports from all the society are needed. With the transferring of government function, the pattern of " minor government, major society" has already being set up. And the deprivation of social function of the enterprises, the promotion of social status requires non-profitable organizations to undertaken part of management of social affairs and marketing activities, helping to solve social problems. At present, the advantage and function of non-profitable organizations is the core of research to non-profitable organizations. Research in this field will be helpful to the innovation of non-profitable organizations in China, which in turn promotes the development of the whole reform. So it has theoretical and practical significance to research into the advantage and function of non-profitable organizations.Under the background of Chinese reform in the domains of politics, economics and society, this thesis is guided by Deng Xiaoping's Theory and uses the basic theory of public management, and the combine of normative analysis and factualstudy to make deep research on the function of non-profitable organizations. The frame of this thesis is as following:The first part gives a brief sketch to the relevant researches, select reasons and notion of non-profitable organizations, and importantly presents the analysis tool. It supports the following inquiry in the term of theory and analysis.The second part analyses the advantages of non-profitable organizations. By analyzing this, it is clear for us to learn the advantages of non-profitable organizations taking in solving social problems, comparing with market, especially the government.The third part focuses on the research of the function of non-profitable organizations. This analysis aims to demonstrate that non-profitable organization is the main body in social realms.The innovation of this thesis is as following:The first one is the analyzing angle of view.
