Innovative Study On The Rural Social Security System In China

The social underlying problem of China is peasant problem, without the modernization of countryside, the modernization of China would not realize. However the underlying problem of peasant is that of social security system. The Sixteenth Congress of Chinese Communist Party has established constructing strategic aim of an all-round affluent society in China. Undoubted, the affluent society should be a society of all people containing peasant. the pace of constructing the affluent society would accelerate as long as the sound rural social security system is built. So, strengthening the rural social security system in china has great real meaning.The first part content of this Article is relative to connotation and basic theory of the social security system. Firstly author defines the connotation of the social security system on the basis of west scholars and academic circles at home discussing, then schematic introduces the social security system theory of Marxism and west society.The second part content of this Article expounds the background and transition of the rural social security in china. On the one hand the realizing of the rural social security in china is the infallible outcome of modernization and the reformation of the social security of city, on the other hand the transition of the rural social security in china is a course of starting from scratch and gradual development.Although after the reformation and opening, the great achievement of the reformation of the rural social security in china has been achieved, many problems still exist. The third part content of this Article interprets problems of the rural social security in china, and explores the reason of problem from four aspects namely: fundamental contradiction of county society, restrict of social and economical developmental reality, lack of the duty of country and the discrimination of the right of peasant.The last part content of this Article is the core of demonstration.
