Approaching The Public Affairs Management Mode And Strategies Of Contemporary Youth In Our Country

In recent years, youth' s affairs and its management in research fields of our country is a kind of problem in the forward position. This paper innovates consideration of past youth' s work on the basis of meeting the need of the modernization drive of our country, manages the practice states of the youth' s affairs abroad and home through investigating, introduces the public theory thought of managing discipline in order to adapt to the national conditions of our country. It also attempts to propose the concept of youth' s public transaction management and explains its characteristic, function and value, combine current system and state of youth in our country, prove youth's public affairs management mode that should be structured under the present social era background and provide the strategies of it.This paper thinks that youth's affairs management mode should be structured on the basis of legalization and democratization, regards leader of the party as the core, government's function department as the concrete executor, social organization as auxiliary with youth's cooperative groups play the role independently in our country. For structuring such a management mode, its main countermeasure is to promote the process of legalization of youth's public affairs management. Moreover, youth working committee in our party also should be set up, making clear and strengthening its function in the middle-level department, fostering and promoting participation of the social organization in youth's public transaction management, supporting and standardizing youth' s cooperative groups in order to develop the important effect of youth' s public affairs management.
