Study On The One-Stop Of Electronic Policing Service

21 Century, human society entered the information ages. The new technique revolution which regards information technique as primarily has caused the deep replace of each social realm. In September of 1999, the Ministry of Public Security began to implement" the gold shield project " in the national public security organ and have done a large amount of work in such aspects as public security men's information infrastructure construction, application system development of the business, but mode even relatively heavy from electronic policing service . The electronic policing should have three functions: the inside and handle official business, handles official business in coordination and serves for the outside. The present public security information system is used for the police inside, and the service to the public is basically blank. Until now, the author hasn't found any scheme about E-policing service.In this article, the author discusses how to make use of the Intranet/ Internet to launch the policing works, policing management and serves under the new situation, and tries to design a scheme for the one-stop of electronic policing service, through positive research on the present conditions and problems about the E-policing services in Zhejiang Province. At last ,the author puts forward corresponding proposals and measures on carrying out the scheme.In the technique , advanced J2EE technological platform, the middle pieces of technology and Internet technology are used to build up the service platform, make the design have good perspective , safety and strong. In the business process design, unifying the form of the data, unified interface way and setting up and using the integrated platform are used for data interchange and order between the systems. Set up one-stop service websites through using such technology as work flows , online security ,etc, achieve and offer the service which based on business flows to the public finally.
