A Study Of Civil Servant's Motivation Of Qingdao

Whit the motivation of civil servant system and civil servant troops grow in strength,how to employ,train and use civil servant have become the significant theme of government and become the important link of influence on administrative efficiency. It is important to optimize the motivation mechanism of civil servant, because it plays a great role in enhancing activity and creativity of civil servant, increasing the quality of civil servant, promoting the construction of civil servant troops, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency and propelling transform of government function. These years, theorists have done some research for the motivation mechanism. But there are many motivation mechanism and incentive ways about enterprise and few people analyze the motivation mechanism and incentive ways of civil servant. So,it has theoretical role on exploring motivation mechanism of civil servant.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the analysis of the relevant theory of civil servant's motivation mechanism. These relevant theoretic analysis is the basis for probing into the improvement of the motivation mechanism of the civil servant. The second part describes the currnt situation,problems and analyse the reasons of the civil servant's motivation mechanism of Qingdao. The third part discusses the necessity and principle of improving the motivation mechanism of the civil servant of Qingdao. The author puts forward the perpus on the improvement of the motivation mechanism of the civil servant combining Qingdao's actual situation and local civil servant's current status. In the forth part, the author prlbes into how to ensure the implement of the motivation mechanism of the civil servant of Qingdao.
