| Corruption crimes have been theoretical and practical problems by criminal law researchers. Comparatively this paper studies the corruption crimes in the view of criminal law, mainly by the means of comparatively studying, interpreting, pointing out the deficiency of the criminal law of our country and advancing the opinion as well as advice of its improvement.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first part carries on the legal limits to the corrupt crime. It carries on the explanation on the corrupt crime's connotation, the characteristic, the crime constitution from Chinese and Russian national law angle. The second part mainly carries on the comparative analysis through the massive material to both countries corrupt crime situation and the characteristic, It induces the both countries corrupt crime similarity and difference based on the comparative analysis. The third part mainly carries on the legal principle theory of law analysis to corrupt crime's several main forms from criminal substantive law angle. The fourth part has carried on the summary to our country current criminal activity legislation's flaw through Sino-Russian corrupt crime criminal activity legislation comparison, and puts forward the corresponding proposal to our country corrupt crime's criminal legislation consummation based on the analysis.
