The Research On The Democratic Construction Of Urban Community In Our Country

The democratic construction of urban community have been carried out in Shanghai,Dalian, Qingdao and the other major cities since 1980s,then it quickly spread and flourish in our country.A lot of experts,scholars have had some useful discussion.But as newly emerging thing,we should research the practice more deeply.According to the practical situation of community and using the empirical research methods,this thesis researches the democratic construction of community.The first part discourses the necessities of building the democracy of urban community.Mainly includes three aspects:Firstly,it is suit to the disintegration of our country's units system;Secondly, in order to advance our country's democratic politic;Thirdly,the democratic construction of urban community is the community's own development needs.The second part focuses on the meaning of the democratic construction of urban community and its contents.In academic circles,the definition of democracy on urban community has different opinions.According to the official document,this thesis thinks the definition of democracy is the same as the autonomy,the contents are including the democratic election,democratic management, democratic decision,and the democratic supervision.The third part discusses the current problems of democracy in urban communities and theirs reasons,it is the difficult and important part of this article.This chapter problem summarized mainly through the field survey method,and investigates the reasons for historical reasons and the reality.The fourth part discusses how to promote the building of democracy in urban communities. This thesis argues that:First of all,to definite the Government status of community building; Secondly,to improve the quality of democratic participation;Thirdly,to develop intermediary organizations;In the end,it is necessary to establish and improve the community of the laws and regulations.In short,the democratic construction of urban community is a complex work.With the continuous improvement of China's democratic construction,it will continue to strengthen and improve.
