The Government Responsibility Of Land-expropriated Farmers' Problem In The Progress Of Urbanization

At present stage,along with the constant promotion of reforms and urbanization,which made lots of peasantry lost their land,the survival and develop problem of lose land-expropriated farmers is increasingly prominent.It has become the focus the whole society are paying attention to.The present situation of our country dual economic society structure as well as imperfect legal laws and regulations and other reasons,so caused the farmer became the dissociation between the city and countryside society's impoverished community and a new type of vulnerable groups in society.It was attacking the present stable social order and challenging the legitimacy of the authority of our government,ln this paper, the problem of land-expropriated farmers from the focal point of society,in the domestic theory and practice has been based on experience from abroad in order to deepen understanding of the theory for the peasants to solve the problem and provide a theoretical basis and practical reference.Through a combination of macro and micro approach,try to act from the level of government behavior to study the problem of land-expropriated farmers,try to solve the problem of land-expropriated farmers from carrying out the government responsibility path,use it as a breakthrough point to promote the transformation from farmers to citizens and residentialization,and address the issue of the new era of agriculture country and peasants to provide a theoretical basis.In this paper,in order to clear the Government duty, consolidate the legitimacy of the Government,promote the healthy development of the national economy and all-round social progress,to secure a peaceful and steady society and push forward the construction of a socialist harmony society, and achieve sustainable livelihoods for land-expropriated farmers these main goals,on the basis of discussion the reaching path of government accountability,bring forward relatively well and possible solution and recommendations.
