An Analysis On The NGO's Participation Of Public Crisis Management

This thesis demonstrates the necessity of NGO's participation on the public crisis management on the base of theory analysis and examples. The necessity comes from three aspects----the need of the society, the need of the government, together with the need of the public crisis management itself. Further more, it declares the existence of"the NGO's right of participating public crisis management". It analyses the characteristics and contents of the NGO's right of participation, establish a primary frame of theory. It discusses the procedure of NGO's participation of public crisis management, and then provides a series of principles, schemes and projects on the procedure. It helps to get a further comprehension on NGO's rights and position in the process of public crisis management, improve the development of the theory of crisis management, and perfect the regulation in the Emergency Response Law of the People's Republic of China which defines how to call on the society to oppugn the crisis.
