With the intensely competition of obtaining employment, the graduate students are gradually losing the advantages of getting a job. Self factors, as well as the social factors lead to variety of difficulties for them in selecting jobs, and make them in an embarrassment place. The researches on career decision-making difficulties are using the undergraduates as the objects in previous investigations, but few graduates. However, the career decision-making difficulties for graduates is also important for their career development, especially with the increasing pressure of employment which is from the amount of graduates and the economic crisis, so the investigations which are aiming at graduates have to be done, which is significant for improvement of the level of individual decision.This investigation takes 500 graduates as object, all of whom are selected from 7 colleges in Harbin with different grades, different majors, and investigated by graduates career decision-making difficulty scale revised by Hao Xiang(2006) and career self-efficacy scale by Li Yazhen. The characteristics of graduates'career decision-making difficulties are analyzed from many aspects, and with the use of t-test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis etc., the relation between career decision-making difficulties and career self-efficacy is invested. The results are as follows:1.Postgrudates career decision-making difficulties and career self-efficacy in terms of gender,source place ,marital status ,the subject and professional guidance ,there is no significant difference, In the terms of ,whether graduates,there is significant difference,and the career self-efficacy level of postgraduates are higher than other students significantly. The career decision-making difficulties level of postgraduates are lower than other students, which shows that the postgraduates has lower difficult degree. Career decision-making difficulties and career self-efficacy are in various dimensions, the different characteristics of variables have different characteristics Master;2. Postgraduate career self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties are in a significantly negative correlation, and career self-efficacy variable dimensions and characteristics of each postgraduate of the career decision-making and its dimensions are difficult to predict.
