At the national and local governments strongly support the ongoing efforts of various vocational institutions in the face of the socialist market economy, the ranks of teachers in higher vocational colleges building the new requirements, the majority of workers in higher vocational education to emancipate the mind, change ideas, and actively explore, so that building of the contingent of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges has made great achievements, the Vocational College faculty attaches great importance to construction work to develop a series of faculty-building systems and planning, put a lot of human and material resources, the new building of the contingent of teachers in Higher Vocational Schools has made gratifying achievements.However, a significant unavoidable fact is thatThe building of the Higher Vocational Education Teachers also assessing the existence of the program without a serious issue that has become a constraint to improve the quality of China's vocational education and training objectives to achieve a bottleneck. For a long time, China's vocational schools only attach importance to the construction of faculty at the expense of the construction of teacher performance evaluation. This study on the current construction of higher vocational colleges of teacher performance evaluation problems in-depth discussions based on the discovery of the problem and put forward the building of a set of teacher performance evaluation of higher vocational college's methods, and to own part of the Vocational School the school as an example, empirical studies for reference.The main research content of the article is as follows:First, the papers from our construction of the contingent of teachers in higher vocational colleges attention to start with the article described the research background, and then explain the purpose and significance of the article; in research at home and abroad are reviewed, based on the definition of vocational teacher colleges The concept of building performance, and the introduction of performance evaluation theory, put forward the building of vocational colleges of teacher performance evaluation of the content and targeting.Secondly, the building of vocational colleges of teacher performance evaluation index system and research to build the model.Through discussion and analysis, to establish the building of vocational colleges of teacher performance evaluation index system principles, through scientific steps to establish an indicator system and, based on the building of vocational colleges of teacher performance characteristics selected for the evaluation of AHP method, was established based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process in Higher Vocational Schools Teacher-building performance evaluation model.Finally, we do the empirical research according to the building of vocational colleges of teacher performance evaluation model.Paper prepared questionnaire, in Hunan Province Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College conducted a questionnaire survey, by collecting the data processing, and applied to higher vocational colleges AHP teacher performance evaluation model construction of an empirical study.
