With the development of social economy and arrival of knowledge-based economy,the higher education system of our country has become more complete,the quality of talent training and the level of scientific research have been greatly improved,which has provided a strong guarantee for the economic and social development.Improving the performance evaluation of higher education in higher education can enhance the construction of college connotation,increase the individual motivation of teachers,realize the guidance of college performance management,strengthen the rational arrangement of talent team,prompt the professional skills improvement of teachers,exploit the teachers' potential,perfect the monitor system of teaching quality,improve the cultivation quality of talents,enhance the cohesion and force of college,push the innovation of college,better fully realize the goal of vocational higher education.The teachers in the higher vocational college should need some teaching experience and professional certificate,they'd better to be “double qualified “teacher.In the process of cultivating higher vocational students,they need to focus on the aspects: the study of professional knowledge,improvement of professional skill,both of which is indispensable.Generally the teachers have learning and training in teaching design which integrate teaching,leaning,practicing and doing,which can improve the students' professional knowledge and capability simultaneously,to cultivate skill-based talents of social development of needs.The level of performance management of teachers in higher vocational college and the strength of incentive function and orientation role affects the improvement of professional skills,the performance of individual potential,the growth and development of individuals,the stability of teachers and the whole quality of teachers,all of which will affect the final results of talents cultivation in higher vocational college.At present,the inland higher vocational colleges have carried out the work of teachers' performance evaluation combined with some experience and basic research,the experts and academics have also developed multitude of research and conclusion,but there are still some issues in process of operation,such as the department chaos of evaluation management,the same application of ways of evaluation methods for undergraduates and higher vocational students,the evaluation methods and procedures are too easy and stereotyped,the indicators of evaluation lack professional characters,the system structure of indicators lacks rationality,the supervision mechanism of performance evaluation is not perfect,the procedure of evaluation is not standard.The feedback of evaluation results is not timely,the openness and transparency is not enough,the application of appraisal results is limited etc.Therefore,optimizing the system of teachers' performance is so imperative.Constructing scientific and rational system of teachers' performance evaluation in higher vocational college can fully show and develop the teachers motivation and initiative,only in this way can the higher vocational college form a set of incentive and constraint mechanism for higher vocational teachers,and build stable foundation for the realization of middle and long term task goal for the college.This thesis mainly focus on the management of teachers' performance evaluation of several higher vocational college in Kunming as research objects,with the help of literature at home and abroad,the author researches and analyzed the current situation and trend of development about performance evaluation in higher vocational college,and take Yunnan L vocational higher college as an example,research the evaluation mechanism of performance,the content,methods,standard,indicators and development status of performance evaluation,design according Yunnan L higher vocational college of teachers' performance project,optimize the procedures,construction of indicator system of methods in evaluation,further complete the optimum research of evaluation of higher vocational teachers' performance,supply effective suggestions for other construction of teachers' performance system in higher vocational colleges.
