Reading is a basic human quality of the reading ability of students is to allow students to have the capacity for lifelong learning to meet the needs of the times. In this paper, all of Changchun City, the representative of 8 primary schools as an example, through questionnaires to students, parents and teachers were interviewed, from students, teachers and parents of pupils of different angles were investigated in outside reading and research. From the survey showed that the current primary language reading Changchun content, reading habits, reading methods and the selection of reading resources are problematic. This is the case, this article from the society, family, self-respect of students, teachers, schools, the causes of the problem, and from the changing concepts, to develop students interest in reading, enhance reading instruction and evaluation of several put forward recommendations. Hope for the development and reform of education and provide valuable information, but also want education for primary school students, and family education to provide some theoretical basis. And accordingly promote the pupils a positive reading activities, and to enable students to fully develop.
