| The college and university counselor, a peculiar group in colleges and universities staff nowadays, is the one who works in colleges and universities forefront and carries out ideological and political education and administration on college and university students. Counselor's mental health situation which has close connection with the formation of college students'psychological quality has direct effect on college and university students' ideological and political education and administration work and also is closely related to their own physical and psychological health and occupation development. By conducting a sampling survey of some counselors in colleges and universities in Fujian province and with detailed data and logical derivation, this essay gives a comprehensive analysis of the university counselors'psychological condition, anatomizes all dynamic factors, stress sources and conflicts of mental state in counselors'daily work and presents approaches to maintain psychological health of college counselors, and also have an insight into the college counselors'specialization and professionalization development.
