The Research On The Legal Prevention Of Campus Violence In American Primary And Secondary School

In recent years, the campus violence in school has increasingly, violent incidents tends to be more frequently. Campus violence has become a serious social problem, and more and more research on it has become a popular focus of attention. The United States is one of the countries which have more serious campus violence, as well as a pioneer in the study campus violence. The research results are very rich, and also have certain typicality. The studying of the campus violence in America and the legal prevention is of great practical significance.As a form of violence, bullying has unique features. Campus violence is covert and imperceptible, and so it makes a difficult management. Bullying behavior is harm to the victims' body and soul. The students who are bullied for a long time could be disappointed, upset-minded, hated school or suicide. If this situation is not timely and effectively controlled, it would be worse in the future. American government carried out a lot of effective practical research and explored in the theory field, and gained some experiments and effects. These American worthy policies and practices are worthful for us to learn.This paper was divided into five parts:The first part introduced the origins of the topics and situation of study, and the scope of campus violence in American primary and secondary schools is defined as:the victims and perpetrators were all students and the violence occurred in the schools. The second part, analyzed the situation of American campus violence and the causes. The third part, analyzed the legal prevention strategies adopted by the American government. The fourth part, analyzed the problems of the legal prevention of American campus violence, and then tried to find out the reasons. The last part studied the current situation of campus violence in our country firstly, and then learned the inspiration and reference from American effective factors for the legal prevention to solve the Chinese campus violence problem.
