Study On The Matching Of Industrial Structure And Talent Structure In Poyang Lake Area

At present, China’s economic structure has entered a period of adjustment,industries of losing superiority in eastern developed regions are transferring towestern less developed regions, Poyang Lake Area faces challenges to undertakeindustrial transfer. The industrial structure adjustment in Poyang Lake Areanecessarily requires the matching of talent structure and industrial structure, so thatthe talent is able to fully play their role in promoting industrial upgrading, so as topromote economic development throughout the Poyang Lake Area.Firstly, in this paper, we define the concepts of industry, industrial structure andtalent, talent structure, and review the literature of the matching of industrialstructure and talent structure; secondly, analyze the current situation of the industrialstructure and talent structure of Poyang Lake Area; and make empirical analysis onthe matching of industrial structure and talent structure in Nan Chang which is atypical city in Poyang Lake Area, then make a prediction on the matching of theindustrial structure and talent structure in Poyang Lake Area in a method ofcombination of qualitative and quantitative. Finally, with reference to the aboveanalysis, we put forward five reasonable policies and proposals of promoting thematching of industrial structure and talent structure in Poyang Lake Area.The innovation of this paper is: First, research perspective innovation. Thispaper makes depth research on the interaction between industrial structure and talentstructure from systematic perspective of technology progress, industrial structureadjustment and talent structure adjustment. Second, research content innovation:Poyang Lake Area is a national key economic development area, for the present, theliterature of research on the relationship between the industrial structure and talentstructure in Poyang Lake area is relatively less.In this paper we analyze in-depth thematching of industrial structure and talent structure in this area.
