At the end of the 1990s, the Chinese Education in Indonesia began to develop rapidly. While in the 1950s—1960s due to Suharto government's policy of limitation of Chinese education, Chinese Education in Indonesia led to disruption. To break this unfavorable situation, the China-Indonesia cooperation in Chinese education in schools is imperative. On the basis of inter-external cooperative education theory and experience and relevant discipline theory, through the questionnaire survey, this paper drew the outline of current situation of Chinese education's cooperation in running schools in Indonesia (including running modes, its characteristics, its effect factors, and the main problems existing in the running, as well as its developing tendency), and then summarized the main modes of international cooperation on Transnational Education. After that analyzed the undergraduate cooperation of running schools' elements of Chinese education, finally constructed its modes——share-holding cooperation in running schools.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First, the Chinese education's cooperation in running schools in China-Indonesia is flourishing, various in modes;Second, the Chinese education's cooperation in running schools in China-Indonesia had some affect factors and problems;Third, although there are some unfavorable factors existed in the development of Chinese education's cooperation in running schools, the overall trend is toward looser development environment, subject orientation's specialization, and teaching means'diversification and informatization;Fourth, the undergraduate cooperation of running schools'mode of Chinese education mainly includes the following elements:target elements, structural elements, system elements and mechanism factors;Fifth, the mode of share-holding cooperation in running schools composed by the organization and management mode, financing mode, talents training mode and teacher management mode; the running mechanism contains macro mechanism, internal management mechanism and capital operation mechanism.
