In recent years, the teaching of oral communication in China had certain progress in theoretical research.while many language teachers also begin to pay attention to the ability of oral communication during teaching activities. But now, the secondary specialized curriculum of oral communication is not optimistic, many schools don't have special courses of oral communication . Therefore, teachers need to improve their ability in reading, writing teaching courses to improve students' oral English training in addition to special oral communication courses. Whatever technicality of oral communication courses, or flexibility, we need to train the mental factors, and at the same time, the participation of cultivating students' intelligence is the main task of Chinese teaching.Therefore, this paper is the main research contents of oral communication: through the analysis of the present situation and intelligence training, it systematically expounded the cultivation of oral communication and intelligence relationship, hoping to use oral communication consciously to cultivate students' intelligence.The oral communication cultivates the students' intelligence mainly through the two ways of specialized courses and flexibility of oral communication training. Technicality of oral communication course refers to courses with planned of every term, purposesare, systematically and technicality open to improve the students' oral communication ability for purposes of course, which includes both the technicality of the obedient training, such as the training, obedient attention comprehension of training, and obedient differentiates force training, obedient memory training, etc.; also including a technicality speaking training, such as training students how to give a speech and how to debate with others. Flexibility spoken language communication refers to the human relations training in reading, writing teaching in the form of flexible train students' oral English ability, which includes both the flexibility, for instance in the obedient training reading, writing teaching in listening to ask training, hear hear of training, training and listen to review written training; Also include the flexibility, such as talking to read the text aloud, training group discussion and oral composition.
