A Researchon The Iproving The Approaches For The Employment Of College Students

In the last few years, the employment rate of university graduates slides year by year.Getting employed has become more and more difficult. Under this serious situation, it isurgent and important to study the employment of university graduates. First the employmentof university graduates is one of the most important parts of the entire social employment. Ifthe graduates can't get employed smoothly, it not only affects the graduates'life and emotion,but also induces contradiction and issues, which will influence the construction anddevelopment of our harmonious society. Second the employment is the foundation ofpeople'life. It involves people's individual interest. Finally, it reflects the current high-leveleducation's level and quality and also relates to the high-level education'popularization,whether the graduates can get employed or not. So, It has great significant that analyzing thereasons of low employment and putting forward the specific suggestion to the development ofour national economy, the built of the harmonious society, the popularization of high-leveleducation and the development of university students themselves.This paper is divided intointroduction and 4 main body parts.The first part briefly reviews the history of universitygraduates employment from 1949 the year of the foundation of our country. Then it analyzesthe severe employment situation that university graduates faced in the view of the society anduniversity graduates themselves.The second part leads to the current difficulties for collegestudents in employment. Mainly from analysis and summary in personal factors, schoolfactor, social factor and so on. College students' own reason mainly includes that they don'thave solid theoretical foundations, have the limitations of employment concept, and theirsynthesis quality development is not comprehensive; School factors are the main reasonswhich blindly pursue "employment rate",and that specialties,courses and training modescan't satisfy social and talent development; Finally some of the current employment policyand unbalanced economic developments affect reasonabl flows and choice of collegestudents' employment.The third part is about the overview of the university graduatesemployment abroad and its implications. It briefly described some employment modes,methods and regulations abroad, such as America, Japan and Russia, which aims to get someimplications to ease the situation.The fourth part is to give some measures and advices onhow to ease the present situation the basis of analysis beforehand. The main measures andsuggestions include the ability improvement of students themselves, the adjustment of collegemajor structures, the guidance education of employment, the strengthening of thegovernment'macro-control and policy guidance. It is the hard part of this paper.
