Research On Evaluation System Of Graduate Students' Innovation Ability

The key of innovation is talents, graduate students as the "reserve bank" of innovative talents, their innovation ability has a direct impact on personnel training quality evaluation of the universities.And the key of innovation ability promotion is the effective evaluation of graduate students'innovation ability; by this we can identify constraints for innovation ability promotion. However, there's no high degree of recognition standard for schools to be objective and accurate evaluation. Therefore, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of graduate students'innovation ability is badly needed. This paper is based on the literature combination, using SPSS, SD and other software, combined with ANP. The main content is as follows:(1) Construction of conceptual model. Define relative concepts: innovation, ability and innovation ability, and then make a systematic explanation of the theory of innovation ability, innovation ability elements of graduate students and other content, and on this basis, build a conceptual model of graduate students'innovation.(2) Evaluation system construction. The author determines influence factors of innovation ability of graduate students by literature combination and the results of two rounds of questionnaires, and on this basis, using SPSS statistical software for cluster analysis, combined with related research, building evaluation system including: internal factors and external factors these first level indicators, innovation intelligence etc. 7 secondary indicators and 25 three level indicators.(3) Indicator weights given. Taking into account the evaluation system involves too much factors, and there's some correlation among them, so the author uses ANP to solve the problem. SD software can calculate any ANP model, and the results can be fully expressed, so the author uses it to evaluate the influence factors, and then gets the weights of each indicator.(4) Analyze a case. Using 4 universities of Jinan as example, the author makes evaluation of their graduate students'innovation ability. Lock the key factors of graduate students'innovation ability according to survey results and the obtained weights of each index, and then proposes relevant countermeasures and recommendations to improve graduate students'innovation ability from the following aspects: enhance the ability of information retrieval ability, pay attention to social practices, improve the incentive mechanism and so on.
