This study developed a type of graduate academic procrastination scale on the basis of document analysis, depth interviews and focus-group interviews, and its reliability and validity have been tested. Then use the official scale investigation of several colleges and universities' graduate in the school's academic delay type situation, and its tendency in time management, academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning aspects of the classification.The main conclusions of this study are:1. Self-developed type of graduate academic procrastination scale has two subscales: planning subscale and implementation subscale, each subscale has three dimensions, namely, cognitive delay, emotional delay and delay behavior;2. Self-developed type of graduate academic procrastination scale has good reliability and validity, and can serve as a research tool for this field.3. The demographic variables between failure of plan and failure of perform is no significant difference;4. The failure of plan and failure of perform in the Time Management (including time performance monitoring and time dimensions), academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning ability were significant differences;5. The failure of plan and failure of perform are related to Time Management in a significant negative correlation; plan-failed type delays and academic self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlated; perform-failed type delays and self-regulated learning was significantly negatively correlated.
