Research On The Strategies Of Employing And Utilizing Teaching Material Resources For The Primary School English Teachers

As the operation and development of education reformation in countries, the identities of traditional teachers can't fit for the development of times. So all of the teachers should free themselves from the traditional identities and establish new thoughts and find new methods in order to enrich teaching materials and develop teaching materials.But in the implementation process of new curriculum reform, many teachers don't accomplish the task of exploiting and utilizing teaching materials reasonable. Some of them just change the teaching materials in form irregularly. What's more, according to the demand of the new curriculum reform, teachers should make innovations in class and can utilize all of teaching resources. But the most teachers are still overly dependent on the contents of teaching materials. It can't help students update their knowledge system and develop their abilities. At the same time, it will limit teachers'level and suppress them to improve their professional accomplishment.My research is the empirical research on effective methods of material resource development and the possible problems for the primary school English teachers. The study adopts literature analysis, case study and questionnaire to discuss the problem the English teachers will face in order to propose countermeasure.The study can help English teachers participate in the exploitation of English material resources actively. It not only can develop English teachers'professional level but also enrich their theoretical research. Meanwhile the study can promote the development of curriculum practice orderly and healthily and also let students have an integrated development.
