The purpose of the thesis is to understanding the strategy on the fine arts individualizing teaching in the elementary school. Now we have entered a new great era, in which human individuality has been tremendously respected, carried forward and molded. And we people have reached a common understanding that one of symbols of human society's advance is esteem for individuality. Quality education cannot do without individualizing education; and without it, the implementation of quality education should be empty. Individuality includes not only individual generality but also individual difference. Educators should take a new look at individuality and individualizing instruction. As far as the fine arts, there is a great superiority in individualizing instruction. In the fine arts individualizing teaching from both generality and difference intellectual goals and emotional goals should be integrated, so that students can master the knowledge and technique, in the same time they develop their initiative, distinctiveness, creativeness, and balance their individual quality.Teaching strategies are carried out to effectively realize teaching goals. When strategies of the fine arts individualizing instruction are plotted and implemented, goals of individualizing instruction should be centered on, yet the students and the fine arts instruction contents should be considered, with the strategies of the fine arts instruction based on individualization combined to other teaching strategies. In the light of the four traits of individuality, that is, individuality initiative, individuality distinctiveness, individuality creativeness and individual integrity, the thesis approaches the fine arts instruction strategies of the elementary school. It aims at the strategies of developing initiative, that of developing distinctiveness, that of fostering creative ability and that of laying stress on integrity of individuality. Of course, as we all know there are so many things about the strategies of the fine arts individualizing instruction, the strategies expounded here are just a few of them. And also the fine arts teachers have applied them in many elementary schools.
