Getting the accurate information of the student's learning in time is an effective factor which affects teachers' behavior in class and their selection of teaching method, and it is the access knowledge teachers getting concerning information that really decide the quality of the concerning information.This research project employs interview method, observe method and compare method, seeking something about the function and interaction of the four ways with which the teachers gets the information about the students' learning in the class, and analysis the factors which have effect on the methods the teachers get the information about the students' learning with educational theories and psychological theories. And The main findings are as following: 1.the ways of the teachers in the elementary school getting the information about the students' learning are observing, questioning, excising in the class and expressing their selves by putting up their hands. Every way has its own conducting procedure, functions and characters.2.It is necessary that the teachers in the elementary school master the characters and the conducting procedure of the ways of the teachers getting the information about the students' learning, so that they select on the point the right ways to finish the teaching tasks.3.Factors from teachers and students set limitation on the teachers' access to get concerning information. The different learning experiences, different ideas of education and different gender roles are the main factors that affect their recognizing and choosing strategies of getting information about students' learning .4.It is important that the teachers develop the suitful educational views, emphasize on the use of getting concerning information in instruction, encourage the students' participation and insure the excess available to get concerning information. Finally, I think that the teachers should know the characters of every access to get concerning information and select practical method when the teachers are inclined to get the information of the student's learning in the classes.
