With the educational reform going further, The demands are geting higher and higher for the studeuts' qualitly education , and it shows the great importance.The article based on necessity develops exposition from the theories of motive, how to use them and instruct teachers' teaching practice.It points out, From the aspect of teacher, the teachers shall change their roles in order to stimulate the motive of the students efficiently. During this course, the teacher must understand every student' s demands and interests, moreover you must cause students to take responsibility for their own study and devote themselves to the activities actively. In the meanwhile teachers must create a safe, trustable and favarable learning atomosphere, showing sincere atteation and warmth to every student.It emphasizes emotion originates thought. Based on this view, it exposes how teachers instrust students to control their own emotions through changing own thought At last, it tells teachers how to meet students' study demands , help students set their own aim, and join the aim with interest to help students evaluate themselves and their own study activities.Finally, the text introduces teachers how to create the class circumstances to arouse the students' study motive.
