The Research On The Development Of Hegh School Students Time Management Displsition

This survey research aims to investigate the following:(1)The developmental trend of high school students Time Management Disposition.(2)The developmental differences of Time Management Disposition among high school students in different grades. (3)The developmental differences of Time Management Disposition between the Science students and the Arts students in Senior3.The Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory, compiled by HuangXiting and ZhangZhijie, was used as the investigation tool. The research participants were 742 students chosen in simple random sample from 3 high schools in YuLin Guangxi. Analysis of variance and t scores were used in data analysis. An interview investigation was carried out after the result of data analysis came out.The following are the results of this survey research: I．The developmental trend of high school students Time Management Disposition.1.The developmental trends of high school students in Time Management Disposition and its three dimensions are rising up from Senior 1 to Senior 2 and falling down from Senior2 to Senior3.2.The developmental trends of high school boys and girls in Time Management Disposition and its three dimensions are the same, rising up from Senior1 to Senior 2 and falling down from Senior 2 to Senior3.3.The developmental level of high school girls in Time Management Disposition and its three dimensions is higher than that of high school boys.II．The developmental grade differences of Time Management Disposition among high school students 1.The developmental grade differences of Time Management Disposition among high school students.(1) The results of analysis of variance indicate that there are very significant grade differences among high school students.(2) The results of averages comparing indicate that there are very significant grade differences between Senior 2 and Senior1, Senior2 and Senior3, but there isn't any significant grade difference between Senior3 and Senior1.2.The developmental grade differences of Time Management Disposition among high school boys.(1)The results of analysis of variance indicate that there are very significant grade differences among high school boys.(2)The results of averages comparing indicate that there is a very significant grade difference between Senior 2 and Senior1, a significant grade difference between Senior2 and Senior3, but there isn't any significant grade difference between Senior3 and Senior1.3.
